Proofs, Edits & Turnaround Time

Images will be available in and sent via google photos, the link will be provided. All of the images that’ll be available in the online gallery will be retouched! Photo edits will be available in 10-15 days (from the date of your scheduled photoshoot). Expedited/rush editing (1-2 days) is available for a fee of $40.

Bookings & Deposits

All sessions must be secured by cash or the following methods: Cashapp, Applepay, Chime or Paypal; in the amount of $50. All deposits are non-fundable/non-transferable unless there’s an cancellation on our part or failure to complete the contracted job. The deposit will be deducted from the overall session price. The remaining balance is to be paid at your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you must notify management within 24 hours. If you cancel the day of or do not show up to your appointment you’ll need to reschedule with a new deposit.

Time & Arrival

Punctuality is important so please arrive on time to your appointment please do not show up 30 minutes early. If you are late for your scheduled session time, a late penalty will be issued. You have a 10 minute grace period from the time of your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $25 penalty; if you are 30 minutes late the session will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit Please be considerate that Mr. Xclusive has other booked sessions to attend.
